Christen Pears is the founder and owner of Indigo Personal Training. She is a Master Trainer with a Diploma in Personal Training from the European Institute of Fitness. She is also a contemporary Pilates matwork instructor and a Heartmoves leader.
Christen is also certified Metabolic Jumpstart coach and a qualified instructor for the TRX Suspension Trainer and BOSU Integrated Balance Trainer. She holds certificates in weight management, rehabilitation & exercise referral and strength & sports conditioning.
Christen is registered with Fitness Australia holds a current senior first aid certificate.
She has been interested in fitness since captaining her school netball team at the age of 11. After studying history at Oxford University, she worked as a journalist in the UK and Bermuda, before taking up a full-time career as a personal trainer in 2008.
